Make it happen. These three words inspire me every day to take action and create my own future.

As a lifelong fitness and nutrition enthusiast, I graduated from Marquette University in Accounting and Operations & Supply Chain Management while also competing for Marquette’s Division 1 tennis team. After graduating and entering the corporate world, I realized just how passionate I am about meshing my passion for health and fitness along with my commitment to my business career. This inspired me to create Overtime Fitness and Nutrition, LLC, and become a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.

Mission statement of Overtime Fitness and Nutrition, LLC:

This leads me to my ultimate mission: to help people accomplish realistic health and fitness goals by building healthy habits that are sustainable for a lifetime. It is easy for fitness spokespeople, trainers, and professional athletes to preach about how to stay active and healthy, and back it up by their own physical prowess. However, this does not paint that realistic of a picture for the everyday person with busy schedules or who just wants to be fit, happy and healthy. Beyond that, many advertised health food plans and personal training programs becomes are way overpriced, creating even more unrealistic picture that may discourage some from trying to eat nutritiously or exercise.

All too often I see how fitness and nutrition are typically the first compromises made to fit life’s basic needs into a 24 hour day, limited budget, or seen as something that can only be practiced when feeling motivated.

Fear not! I strive to help the everyday person fit exercise and nutrition into their lives in a realistic, personalized and affordable manner.

For individuals with more lofty goals or advanced fitness and nutrition experience, I also work with those interested in specific body composition or performance goals.
